Refund policy
How prices, payments, cancellations and refunds are handled.
Last updated: 24 October 2026
This policy explains how orders for the services of Dreamy Love Stories Technologies Pvt. Ltd. are confirmed and paid for, and how cancellations and refunds are handled. The prices of our services are published on this website; nothing is bought or paid for on the site itself.
How prices and orders are agreed
Our published prices apply to every order. Where a service is priced by quantity or the website shows an estimate, we state the final amount in writing before any work starts, based on the details you give us. Nothing is agreed or paid on the website itself: the order takes effect when you accept our written confirmation.
Paying invoices
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 14 days after invoicing, and the accepted methods are listed on each invoice, which we send to you by email. Where an advance payment or payment by instalments has been agreed, the amounts and the dates are set out in the quotation. If an invoice remains open, we send a written reminder and may charge interest at the statutory rate.
Complaints about our work
Complaints about the quality of a service should reach us at [email protected] within 14 days of the work being finished, or by telephone on +91 731 4018 276 before then. We reply within a few working days and agree with you how the matter will be put right, by reworking the service or by refunding part of the fee.
How a refund is made
A refund is issued using the payment method of the original transaction, normally within 14 days after we have agreed it with you. If that method is no longer available, we ask you for bank details at [email protected] and transfer the amount there, free of charge. Services already provided in full are not refundable; for partly completed work we settle the fee for the completed part and return the balance, allowing for material or third-party expenses agreed in advance.
Withdrawal from distance contracts
Consumers who conclude a contract with us at a distance or away from our business premises may have a statutory right to withdraw from it within the period the law provides. A clear statement sent to [email protected] before that period ends is enough, and work you had already asked us to begin is then settled separately.
